Times:
Parade starts at
*Check-In at corner
of 7th and Railroad opens at
* Float and Motorized
judging will start at
(All other units will be judged during the parade)
*All units should
be in place no later than
Staging and Parade Line Up:
* Will be posted on the web site the week before the parade
* The 2nd Shelton Exit leads directly
to the Staging and
* All units must obtain their Parade # from Check-In at 7th and Railroad
* Indemnity and Proof of Insurance (for Motorized vehicles) will be checked
* Parade Officials will be on hand to help in the Staging Area
Floats and
Decorated Vehicles
*Must have at least one UAL approved 2410BC rated multi-purpose fire extinguisher
*Fire Extinguisher must be sealed tagged and dated within the last 12 months
*Each Float Rider must have a seat belt (outside of costume) or containment strap
*Tow hooks must be available if needed
*Extra Gasoline cannot be carried on float or in vehicle
Equestrian
Units and/or Any Animals in Parade
*Must provide their own Cleanup Crew
*The Staging
Area as well as the
*Parade Volunteers will be directing parking in the staging area
Throwing Candy along the
All Units must pick up their Official
Parade # at the Check-In Booth located at 7th and Railroad
before
Fire Trucks, Emergency Vehicles, Logging Trucks, and other noise producing units please limit your Sound-offs to one per block. Thank you.
Parade Awards will be presented directly after the Parade at Loop Field (prior to the Logging Show).
