Cost to exhibit: FEES: BOOTH SPACE PLUS 5% of PROCEEDS
Food Vendors: 10x10 $135/day • 10x20 $270/day • 10x30 $400/day
Retail/Info: 10x10 $75/day • 10x20 $150/day • 10x30 $225/day
Electrical Hookups Are NOT AVAILABLE at either location.
SET UP: Loop Field set-up is Fri. 5/30/25 from 5PM -7PM or Sat. 5/31/25 from 9AM-11AM for the Logging Show, and Sun. 6/1/253 from 7:30AM-9AM for the car show.
OPEN HOURS: Saturday 11:30am to 4pm at LOOP FIELD /Sunday 10am to 3pm at CAR SHOW OFF
Forest Festival reserves the right to refuse vendors. All vendors must specifically state sale items. If your application is received and we have already reached vendor capacity, you will be notified and your name placed on a waiting list. Early registration and payment in full will secure your participation in this event. We DO NOT offer refunds for cancellations.
Mason County Forest Festival does not provide canopies, tarps, booths, etc.
ALL Vendors must have proof of insurance and list Mason County Forest Festival Association as additional insured for each day of participation. Vendor must provide own booth and abide by all Mason County Fire and Health event regulations in place.
Political and Religious booths not permitted.
