2026 Vendor Opportunities are OPEN!

Vendor opportunities available during the Logging Show & Rockin’ The Forest on Saturday May 30 and the Car Show-Off on Sunday May 31.

(Due to space limitations, Rockin’ the Forest is only available for Food Truck vendors, Car Show vendors are limited to food and auto-related wares & services).

**All three vendor opportunities are in separate locations. Set-up and Tear-Down is required for each.

Every effort will be made to prevent food duplication. Forest Festival reserves the right to refuse vendors. All vendors must specifically state sale items.

Payment will be made to Mason County Forest Festival via check or online payment. Completion of this form does not mean acceptance. We will contact you after by email to confirm acceptance. Thank you for your understanding.

Rockin’ The Forest (5/30) @ Our Community Credit Union (uptown): 5:00-9:00pm

Car Show Off (5/31) @ Olympic Hwy N, Uptown Shelton: 10:00am-3:00pm

Prior participation does not guarantee you acceptance.

For and in consideration of the acceptance of this application, the applicant named herein agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Mason County Forest Festival Association, the City of Shelton, the County of Mason, and their respective officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any loss, damages, expenses or injury; together with reasonable attorney fees to person/persons and/or private property covered by or connected with the operation and/or behavior of applicants unit in connection with festival activities. Applicant will provide:

  • Proof of insurance and list Mason County Forest Festival Association as additional insured for each day of participation.

  • Food handlers permit, if applicable.

  • Political and Religious booths not permitted.

Vendor must provide own booth and abide by all Mason County Fire and Health event regulations in place.

General Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors

Check In

Festival staff will be on-hand during check in. You will then be directed to the area where you will be setting up your booth. Please keep vehicles out of exhibit area, unload, and then remove the vehicle as soon as possible.

Security

Mason County Forest Festival will not be responsible for lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen items. There is no security on site.

There is lodging available as well as areas to accommodate overnight RV visitors. Visit Tourism Website for details

Health & Fire

  • All food vendors must have a Mason County Food Handler’s permit visible on the premises.

  • Mason County Health Department may inspect food vendors for food handling permits, proper hot/cold holding area temperatures and sanitation.

ALL vendors must comply with Mason County Fire Marshal regulations and must be prepared to ascertain that you are in compliance with all local fire regulations prior to vending. An unexpired fire extinguisher capable of dousing grease fires will be required if you use any type of deep-fat fryer.

Electricity

POWER IS NOT AVAILABLE AT EITHER LOCATION. We recommend that vendors have own lights/power but there will be no generators near events and generator, regardless of location, should be quiet. Please reach out to MCFFA for more information.

This is a family event

  • There are to be no drugs, alcohol or firearms at Forest Festival vendor areas.

  • Vendors shall conduct themselves in a business-like manner. This is a volunteer-run event. Vendor fees support Forest Festival. Negative attitudes will not be tolerated. Festival organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor for bad behavior.

  • Any items or behavior that are not considered family appropriate at the event will be subject to removal at organizers discretion.

  • Vendors must clearly indicate the item(s) for sale or promotion at the time the application is submitted. Forest Festival reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the sale or promotion of any item by a vendor not included in the application.
